June is Pride Month!
The LGBTQ+ community faces a number of health disparities, compared to the general population. In order to address these specific needs, the Health Sciences Library offers a research guide on LGBTQ+ Health.
One page is devoted to information for healthcare practitioners, with practice guidelines, policy statements, and more. Another page provides LGBTQ+ persons with health information, including how to find LGBTQ+ friendly health care.
Besides links, the guide also provides access to a number of e-books on LGBTQ+ health available through the Health Sciences Library.
