Stony Brook University Libraries now has the Wall Street Journal, a new ProQuest database, with full-text access to the Wall Street Journal from 1984 to the present. In addition to WSJ print access, we now have Wall Street Journal (online edition) access from 2010 – present and WSJ Magazine access from 2011 to the present.
Basic searching allows users to search titles, authors, and keywords to find articles. The advanced search option gives users the ability to enter multiple search terms at once, limit or specify the publication date, and choose document type.
Want to view today’s issue? Click on Publications, then select Wall Street Journal (Eastern Edition), and find the link for View most recent issue. This will retrieve text-based articles from today’s WSJ.
You can find this resource on the library’s Databases A-Z > Wall Street Journal. If you are off campus, you will need to authenticate by using your NetID and password to sign in.
