The library collaborated with the Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies to host an interdisciplinary panel discussion on issues related to #MeToo as part of the library’s programming in honor of Women’s History Month. The panel was moderated by Dr. Victoria Hesford (Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies, Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies) and included talks by:
Rebecca Lentjes (PhD student, Department of Music)
Ashley Barry (PhD student, Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies)
Benjamin Aaron (PhD student, Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies)
Isabel Murcia (PhD student, Department of Hispanic Languages and Literature)
The presentation was well attended by faculty, staff, and students, as well as several prospective graduate students. Thanks to all of the speakers for an insightful, engaging event!
