Lara Nicosia will join University Libraries as a Health Sciences Librarian beginning February 23, 2026. Mrs. Nicosia holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science and a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from Syracuse University. Sunny Chung, who currently works as a Health Sciences Librarian to the School of Nursing, recently earned the status of Accredited Health Information Professional (AHIP), Provisional Member. This certification is awarded by the Medical Library Association (MLA) after the applicant submits a comprehensive portfolio consisting of education and professional experience

Starting this semester graduating students are encouraged to deposit an open access copy of their dissertation or thesis in its institutional repository Academic Commons.
