Stony Brook University Libraries is pleased to announce that we can now borrow and lend certain ebooks. We are taking part in the SUNY eBook Lending Project to increase access to electronic books across SUNY campuses. The eBook Project is a collaboration between ProQuest and SUNY and makes select titles from the following publishers available to lend to other SUNY libraries:
Bloomsbury Publishing
Brill
Duke University Press
NYU Press
Oxford University Press
Taylor & Francis (no textbooks or books published since 2019)
Requesting an eBook will be done through the Libraries’ catalog. If an eBook is eligible to be loaned, click on “Request Access.” The link to the ebook will be sent via email. The loan period is 2 weeks.
