Theme: Towards Equitable Knowledge Gathering and Sharing.
This year’s symposium will be held October 28-29, 2021. It will be virtual and free for all to attend. SPARC’s Nick Shockey will be the keynote speaker for Thursday, October 28, 2021. The Associate Director of NLM, Dr. Michael Huerta will be the keynote speaker for Friday, October 29, 2021. Both days will include presentations and panels discussing issues pertaining to the OER environment, data management, and open scholarship, among others.
