Special Collections and University Archives is participating in New York Archives Week, October 18-25, 2017. Nationally, October is American Archives Month. Archives Week events are designed to raise the public’s awareness of the importance of preserving and making accessible our documentary heritage. Visit the second floor mezzanine of the Melville Library to view a display highlighting 60 years of our unique collections, ranging from illuminated manuscripts to early photographs of the Stony Brook campus.
