You are cordially invited to the 5th lecture in the Office of Global Library Initiatives Lecture Series titled “Subject Librarian Services at Shanghai Normal University.”
The lecture will be delivered by Ning Jia from 3:00-4:00 pm, Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in the Special Collections Seminar Room (2nd floor Melville Library). Please pass along the information to students, faculty and staff who may be interested in this special event.
Ning Jia has been a subject librarian at Shanghai Normal University Library in Shanghai, China since 2007, serving as the liaison to the Department of Advertising. She has published several articles in Library Journal, Advertising Panorama, and other peer-reviewed journals. She holds a Bachelor’s in Chinese Language and Literature and Master’s in Communication Studies from Shanghai Normal University. Ning will be a visiting scholar at Stony Brook University Libraries, June 1-30, 2017.
