Did You Know You Can Ask A Librarian Anything?

Yes, it’s true! Our fabulous staff of librarians is here to answer all your questions, big and small. We know ever so many things, from the population of Chicago in 1908 to how to rent a bicycle in French. And if we don’t know the answer off the top of our heads, we can help you find it. That’s kind of our thing.

Now, how to get your burning questions to us. You have several options. You can call us at (631) 632-7110, email the team at ask@stonybrook.libanswers.com, or you can come right down to the reference desk in the Central Reading Room of the Melville Library (our personal favorite, because we like to see your bright, shiny faces). Of course, there’s always our super handy FAQ page, where there is a plethora of useful information, as well as an on-page question form, should that be what tickles your fancy.

And remember, if ever in doubt, just ask us!

Wise #words. We at the #library are here to help, in whatever way you need! #SeawolvesRead #KeepCalm
