The Stony Brook University Libraries community extends congratulations to Mr. Uday Karki in his new role as Supervising Programmer Analyst. Uday has been a longtime member of the SBU Libraries family, previously serving in various positions as Senior Programmer, Web Programmer, and Lab Coordinator. In his new role, he will be an integral member of the newly restructured Library IT team. Prior to joining Stony Brook, Uday was a Systems Operator at Securities Industry Automation Corporation in NYC. He holds B.S degrees in computer science and biochemistry, both from Stony Brook University, and he is certified and trained in various networking and server technology tools. In his free time, Uday enjoys playing racquetball and basketball. We look forward to his continued collegiality and contributions to the SBU Libraries.
