Spy Letters, Rare Books and More! Learn about Special Collections and University Archives at our open house on Wednesday, October 21 from 12-2 p.m. On display will be a selection of the university’s rare books, documents, photographs, and maps in celebration of American Archives Month and New York Archives Week, featuring:
Spy letters written by George Washington during the American Revolution – A history of the world published in 1493 – One of the first maps depicting Long Island as an island – Photographs of Stony Brook’s original train station. View an online gallery of images in SBU Happenings.
