Health Sciences students often operate in silos, limiting opportunities for interprofessional collaboration. This four-hour event creates a structured, inclusive space for interprofessional engagement, challenging stereotypes and enhancing collaborative skills through direct interaction. This Health Fair aims to enhance the understanding of various professions by facilitating guided discussions and insightful case studies throughout the day. Its objective is to foster collaboration and challenge stereotypes across the diverse fields studied by health sciences students (SHP), including Nursing (SON), Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistants, Speech-Language Pathology, Dental Medicine, Medicine, Public Health (PPH), and Social Work (SSW). Additional invited departments include the Center for Prevention and Outreach and University Libraries (UL).
