Tech Spotlight: Open Science Monitor

Open Science Monitor  tracks trends in fields with consistent and reliable data. It offers research in an approachable and easy to navigate way. With areas in Open access, scholarly communication, and open research data it is the perfect tool for students in the fields of science to find exactly what they are looking for. The Open Science Monitor is based in Europe and helps to compare scientific activities between countries and disciplines.

Open Access is becoming more prevalent in the scientific community, and with it Europe is launching their Open Science Policy Platform . This will allow for research to be  more readily available, and lowers the barriers for less privileged researchers to be able to access documents and data.
