SBU Libraries’ hosted our first concert series of the semester on Wednesday, September 30th! Graduate violin students from the studio of Jennifer Frautschi presented “The Art of Violin”, a concert of works for solo and accompanied violin. Featuring music by Bach, Bartok, Shostakovitch, Prokofiev and an original composition by Stony Brook student Anne-Sophie Andersen. It was a beautiful afternoon! Thanks to all of the musicians, Jennifer Frautschi and Michael Hershkowitz for helping us to make this happen!!
