A performance by Grammy Award winning musician Joanne Shenandoah. Joanne is also an artist, actor, peace advocate, humanitarian, environmental justice supporter and women’s study lecturer.
This event is co-sponsored by the University Libraries’ Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Committee, the University Libraries, the Staller Center, the Office of the President through its Diversity Mini-Grants Program, the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer, the Gardiner Chair in American History, the Stony Brook Music Department, the Faculty Student Association and the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
