Greetings to the Melville Library’s new intern Dan Hunt! Dan is a candidate for the Masters in Library and Information Science at SUNY Albany, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Education. He is receiving training here in the Cataloging Department and will be working at the front desks in the Music Library and North Reading Room. Dan’s internship project will explore the relationship between music and literature, particularly the role music has played in the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Welcome Dan, and have a great semester!
