Public Access

Event Description

The US government mandates, by law, that any peer-reviewed published article based on public funding (specifically any US govt agency funding >$100M in research) must be made available to the public online within 1 year of publication. Similar requirements are spreading to other funding agencies and nations. How does Public Access work and how is it similar/different to Open Access?
