On October 30th, Dr. Elena Davidiak presented her research on bilingualism and identity as part of the University Libraries’ programming in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. She was joined by two of her graduate students who also shared their work on this important topic, highlighting the practical and pedagogical implications of arriving at a better understanding of what it means to speak more than one language. The talk was followed by a rich discussion among the faculty and students in attendance.
