On the evening of December 2, librarians and writing tutors joined forces to offer one-on-one consultations with students working on their written assignments and research papers. The North Reading Room Learning Lab was buzzing as students came to seek help with starting, developing, organizing, or finishing their research papers. Many connections were made between 3 librarians, 9 writing tutors, and over 40 undergraduate and graduate students, cookies were eaten, and the productivity was palpable!
Many thanks to Jennifer Albanese, Director of the Writing Center, and Sara Santos, Assoc. Director, as well as librarians Chris Kretz, Head of Academic Engagement, and Ahmad Pratama, Digital Literacies Lead, and all the writing tutors for joining in the effort.
