Tech Spotlight: Kahoot

Kahoot is a clicker software that helps teachers get better engagement and data from their students. Instructors are able to create an interactive presentation that has points of engagement that quiz students in real time about the content they are covering. Students can participate in the quiz using any mobile device or computer and they are not required to register for the site; they simply enter the code given by their instructor and they are instantly part of the action.

Students get competitive with a leaderboard and timed answers and instructors are able to see that students are paying attention and understanding the material.
