We are happy to welcome Emily Warren, who will be an intern for Library Technology, Discovery and Digital Initiatives during the Spring 2015 semester. Emily is a student in the Master of Library and Information Sciences program at the University at Buffalo, and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University at Albany.
Emily will be working on a number of library initiatives, including assisting Darren Chase, Scholarly Communications librarian, research and develop a set of Scholarly Communications resources, services, and practices for the Stony Brook University Community. She will also create a series of quick research help tutorials targeting undergraduates, and participate in our online reference service. Outside of work and school, Emily is a writer, and she is currently completing a novel.
