Some recent enhancements to ILLiad software did not go as planned and you may have experienced some frustration in attempting to access your ILLiad account. For that we truly apologize.
The good news is that ILLiad is back with a new single sign-on process. This means that you have one less user name and password to remember because now you log into ILLiad with your NetID and password. The single sign-on means that, if you’re searching the libraries’ databases from off campus and have already logged into the databases with your NetID, when you click the link to request material through interlibrary loan, you will be brought directly to the ILLiad request form – without having to log in again as in the past.
If you are still having difficulty accessing your account, please contact Interlibrary Loan at ill@stonybrook.edu or 632.7133 or Jennifer DeVito at jennifer.a.devito@stonybrook.edu or 632.7115. If you need assistance with your NetID, click here.
