Course Reserves are material that instructors have requested be on reserve for students to use. The material is typically in high demand or required for a course. Reserve information for Faculty
To ensure that students have access to Reserves material at the start of classes, please submit your Reserves Requests by the following dates:
Fall – July 30
Winter – November 30
Spring – November 30
Summer – April 30
Requests received after the above dates may not be processed before the start of the semester. Requests that are received after the start of the semester may take 2-4 weeks for processing.
- Purchase requests for reserve will be processed up to 30 days into the new semester. After that time, please contact your library liaison to purchase material.
- Material is placed on Reserve for a semester. At the end of the semester, all print material is removed from Reserve unless a new request is submitted.
