Description
You are cordially invited to the Global Library Initiatives Lecture titled “Providing Audiovisual Services to Faculty and Students at Shanghai Normal University Library, Shanghai, China.” The lecture will be given by Ms. Yizhou Lu at 11 am – 12 noon, Thursday, July 26, 2018 in the Special Collections Seminar Room (2nd floor Melville Library).
Yizhou Lu is an associate librarian, responsible for providing audiovisual services to faculty and students at Shanghai Normal University Library in Shanghai, China. She has held this position since 2004. Ms. Lu has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as Library and Information Service, Library Journal, and Library Construction. She earned a bachelor’s degree in library science from Northeast Normal University in Changchun, China in 2004 before earning her master’s degree in art theory of radio and television from Shanghai Normal University in Shanghai, China in 2010. Currently, Ms. Lu is a visiting scholar at Stony Brook University Libraries.
