Stony Brook University Libraries currently has trial access to three Gale databases:
- Environmental History: Conservation and Public Policy in America, 1870-1980
- Environmental History: Colonial Policy and Global Development, 1896-1993
- Nineteenth Century Collections Online: British Theatre, Music, and Literature
The Environmental History databases provide a broad overview of the history of environmental conservation and policy in North America from a range of perspectives from the large national government agencies dictating the direction of legislation and environmental policies and individual activists. The British Theatre, Music, and Literature database includes a wide range of primary sources related to the arts in the Victorian era, from playbills and scripts to operas and complete scores.
The trial access for all three databases will end on 5/1/2024.
