Class Central is an online catalog of Massive Open Online Courses, or MOOCs. These MOOCs are usually taught by universities over the internet. Some of the most popular MOOCs are; Coursera, edX, FutureLearn, and Udacity. Class Central allows you to browse through courses offered by MOOCs, and pick the ones that interest you. They also offer reviews for each course to help give insight into the courses available, and how helpful they were to other online learners.
With the rise of online learning many of the previously free MOOCs have changed to a freemium model. With Class Central you can freely browse through the available courses from these MOOCs and decide which one is right for you.
