Waters & Oceans Worldwide combines databases on all facets of international water research. Included in this collection are records from the now-ceased database Marine, Oceanographic and Freshwater Resources (MOFR), plus six of the world’s major water resource databases, including WATERLIT, The Freshwater Biological Association Library Catalogue, The International Water Management Institute Database (IMWI), AQUAREF, ACQUIRE and Delft Hydro. The database includes over 1,854,600 citations and abstracts dating back to the 1970s, on all aspects of water and water-related subjects ranging from coastal and offshore engineering to pollution and water treatment. The trial runs through the end of June 2010.
