Breaking News: We’re on Instagram!

So, the Stony Brook University library has decided to get with the times and hop on Instagram. Our intern, Kristen, is running around taking photos of all things library, and so far it’s been a good time. We’ve gotten to meet the gents of the TLT Media lab (where they keep some seriously cool gadgets), as well as see some gorgeous campus shots from Keith Krejci. And a bunny on a leash. Can’t go wrong with a bunny on a leash.

You can follow us @sbu_libraries to keep up to date on everything you need to know about the library, as well as to see some of the silliness that makes us all so happy. (Don’t deny it; you know you love some silly.)

Plus, if you ever have a photo that you’d like to see featured on the library’s Instagram, just shoot an email with the photo and a few details to Kristen.Droesch@stonybrook.edu. And if you happen to be in the library and a certain intern comes up to you, be a peach and have your photo taken for our account. You don’t have to if you’re camera shy, but it doesn’t hurt, we promise. Getting your face out there might even get you a date with a fellow student.*

Come follow us @sbu_libraries!

*No promises on the date thing. We are not that kind of establishment.

Yep, sounds like pretty much the whole #library staff. How about you? #SeawolvesRead #SBUlib
