How to Tame the Procrastination Monster

This workshop will introduce you to some underlying reasons why you may be procrastinating and strategies to overcome your procrastination.
How to Create a Time Management Plan Using the Bullet Journal System
May 6th, 3:00 pm- 4:00 pm
This workshop is an introduction to the bullet journal, resources on how to create one and the benefits and challenges of using one to plan your events and tasks.
