Description

Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner were the first artists to settle in the rural East Hampton hamlet, and they attracted their friends, many of whom also established homes and studios in The Springs. Helen A. Harrison, Director of the Pollock-Krasner House, will trace the art colony’s evolution. Part of the Art of Relationships series, this talk complements the Pollock-Krasner House’s current exhibition, “Creative Exchanges: Artists in Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner’s Address Book.” on view until July 30, 2023.
