Data Stacks is SBU Libraries’ workshop series for building practical data skills, led by Ahmad Pratama, Data Literacies Lead.

In this hands-on session, participants will learn the fundamentals of data visualization using Python in Google Colab. The workshop covers how to choose appropriate chart types, create clear and effective visualizations using libraries (i.e., Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly), and refine visual design to communicate insights accurately and avoid common pitfalls.
