Description
The Friendship Tree began as an experiment in 1957 in Sochi, Russia to create a new Mandarin Orange. Contributions of tree branches from 167 countries have been grafted to the tree since then. University Libraries is so happy to have both new and returning Seawolves on campus for the Fall of 2021! We are creating our own giant friendship tree to remember this exciting time! Please stop by the Central Reading Room of the Melville Library and sign your own ‘leaf.’ We have everything you’ll need to contribute to our perfect Friendship Tree.
