The University Libraries has recently launched a Science and Engineering Springer Nature ebook collection that includes graduate and advanced undergraduate textbook, German textbook, research and professional level of monographs, proceedings, PhD thesis and reference work to support for research and learning at Stony Brook University.
These are DRM (Digital Rights Management)-free ebooks. The unique collection is a pilot project of Evidenced-Based Acquisition (EBA) that permits library patrons access to more than 3,000 titles for an agreed period of time. At the end of the period, the Libraries will acquire the ebooks based on usage statistics and disciplinary needs. Our library users have the access to make this happen now.
This ebook collection can be accessed directly from SpringerLink or through our new SEARCH tool to discover specific titles.
